• Supervise and monitor daily electrical installation activities at site.
• Prepare daily work plans and monitor manpower productivity to achieve project completion targets.
• Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
• Review electrical drawings and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve site-related issues.
• Prepare, modify, and update electrical shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Monitor installation quality, workmanship, and material compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams for inspections and approvals.
• Follow up on testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and outstanding works.
• Ensure timely completion of pending activities and support final project handover.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on completed and outstanding works.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in electrical installation and MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, power, distribution boards, cable trays, conduits, earthing, and other electrical systems.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and project specifications.
• Proven experience in site supervision and manpower management.
• Ability to independently assign tasks, lead site teams, and manage work priorities.
• Experience in project completion, snag clearance, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
