Procurement Officer / Material Coordinator - EPC Project Exp - Transferable Iqama - KSA

Procurement Officer and Material Coordinator, currently working on an industrial EPC project in Saudi Arabia with CNCEC, looking for a Procurement Officer, Material Coordinator, Buyer or Purchasing role in any city in Saudi Arabia.

Experience:
- Procurement Officer & Material Coordinator - CNCEC, Industrial EPC Project, Makkah Region (Sep 2026 - Present)
- Daikin Saudi Riyadh Company, Riyadh (Mar 2025 - Aug 2026): IT hardware procurement, supplier follow-up, deliveries, asset and inventory records
- AR Riyadh New Mobility (ANM), Riyadh Metro Package 2, Line 3 (Oct 2024 - Mar 2025): project support, SAP and asset register

What I do:
- Vendor pre-qualification documents (PQD) and material approval requests (MAR) to the EPCM consultant
- Approved Vendor List (AVL) checks before submission
- Supplier quotations: collect, compare and file with full records
- Follow up vendors on comments, resubmissions and deliveries until closed
- Excel master logs and dashboards showing status, next action and days pending
- SAP / ERP user experience, document control and audit-ready records

Education: B.Sc. Software Engineering (University of Swat).
Languages: English (professional), Urdu and Pashto (native), Arabic (basic).

Transferable Iqama, can join within one week, based in Taif and ready to relocate anywhere in KSA.
