Ideally, we are looking for someone who is willing to invest in the business and actively participate in managing and growing its operations.
Alternatively, we are open to an experienced, hands-on operating partner who may not have the capital to invest but can bring the necessary experience, commitment and management skills to help run the business. In this arrangement, the individual must be able to cover their own living and personal expenses initially while the business develops and sales grow.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in the F&B industry, preferably restaurant management or operations.
Experience managing a business, team, staff and day-to-day operations.
Understanding of restaurant operations, purchasing, inventory, suppliers and cost control.
Knowledge of marketing, customer acquisition, delivery platforms and sales growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Financially responsible and able to commit time and effort to the business.
Experience in Saudi Arabia and understanding of the local market would be an advantage.
What We Are Looking For:
Someone who sees this as a business opportunity and is willing to take an active role in building and growing the restaurant. We are open to discussing different partnership structures depending on the individual's experience, investment capacity and contribution.
Interested candidates should contact us with a brief introduction, relevant experience, current occupation and details of how they could contribute to the business.
