🎯 Job Objective
Manage and lead the exterior spaces maintenance and landscaping division, including preventive and routine maintenance, teams, resources, and costs.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage and deliver exterior-space maintenance and landscaping works
✔️ Maintain gardens, green spaces, trees, plants, and irrigation systems
✔️ Maintain outdoor facilities such as walkways, hardscape, water features, lighting, and outdoor furniture
✔️ Develop and implement preventive and routine maintenance plans, and resolve faults and operational issues
✔️ Manage equipment, materials, and supplies
✔️ Lead teams, supervisors, and technicians, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans
✔️ Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources across sites based on priorities
✔️ Monitor work quality and productivity, and control operating, material, and equipment costs
✅ Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in exterior-space maintenance and landscaping
Proven experience managing maintenance departments or teams, and leading supervisors and technicians
Experience working with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Fluent spoken and written English
Experience managing maintenance for large or multi-site projects (preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites and teams at the same time
