Role Purpose
Drive daily operations, culinary authenticity, and profitability for a premier dining concept in Buraydah. This role requires hands-on leadership to enforce Saudi safety standards, optimize food costs, and deliver high-caliber Pinoy hospitality.
Core Responsibilities
• Operational Excellence: Direct daily FOH/BOH service execution, staff scheduling, and kitchen workflows while maintaining strict food quality and portion standards.
• Team Leadership & Hospitality: Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver warm, authentic customer service and maintain high team performance.
• Cost Control & Inventory: Oversee stock management (FIFO), track food wastage, reduce inventory variance, and optimize local supply chains for specialty ingredients.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure 100% compliance with Saudi Municipality (Baladiya) standards, SFDA regulations, and occupational health card requirements.
• Delivery & Revenue Growth: Manage operations across major food delivery platforms (HungerStation, Jahez, ToYou) and maintain high guest satisfaction across all channels.
Key Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management, preferably within Filipino or fast-casual food concepts.
• Language: Fluent in English and Tagalog. Basic conversational Arabic is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, POS/inventory management proficiency, and high familiarity with Baladiya compliance.
