Under this arrangement, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, introducing our company to relevant organizations, and assisting us in securing manpower supply, equipment rental, or other contracting projects.

You will identify and introduce potential clients and help our company secure new projects.
The commission will be mutually agreed upon before proceeding with each project.
Commission will be paid against successfully secured projects and actual business received by our company.
Commission payment will be released after receiving the corresponding payment from the client.
All project rates, commercial terms, and contractual agreements will be finalized directly between our company and the client.
Both parties shall maintain confidentiality regarding client information, project details, and commercial arrangements.
This arrangement will be on a commission basis, with no fixed monthly salary unless mutually agreed otherwise.
