Position: MEP Site Engineer – Electrical & Mechanical
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience: 3–5 Years
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
Good knowledge of MEP systems, installation, and site execution.
For Mechanical: Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
For Electrical: Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, cable routing, earthing, and low-current systems.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office.
Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and relevant international standards including ASHRAE for Mechanical engineers.
Experience in site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily MEP site activities.
Ensure installation works comply with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other engineering disciplines.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
Coordinate inspections with QA/QC and consultant teams.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
