DSCC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our growing team and support our Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) and Fit-Out projects.

Estimation Engineer – FFE & Fit-Out
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for FFE and Fit-Out projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and project scope to identify estimation requirements.
Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and interior design drawings.
Analyze project costs, including materials, labor, installation, and other related expenses.
Coordinate with the procurement, production, design, and project teams to obtain accurate pricing.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and commercial proposals.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Relevant experience in estimation for FFE and Fit-Out projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior design, and technical drawings.
Familiarity with materials, finishes, furniture, and fit-out specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation-related software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
