Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement in construction or contracting companies.
Good knowledge of construction materials, MEP supplies, and technical specifications.
Experience in supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation, and purchase orders.
Ability to compare technical and commercial offers.
Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.
Request and analyze quotations.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure timely procurement.
Monitor orders and follow up on deliveries.
