RAM International is seeking experienced and dedicated HSE Advisors to support our project operations and help maintain high health, safety, and environmental standards across our sites in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise project management and construction teams on HSE matters.
Monitor the implementation of HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and workplace safety audits.
Review risk assessments and method statements.
Identify hazards and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness sessions.
Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Monitor fire safety, emergency arrangements, and environmental compliance.
Follow up on HSE observations, NCRs, and audit findings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor degree, Relevant HSE qualification or professional certification.
NEBOSH Level 6 or equivalent, IOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, or equivalent.
Previous experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
Good knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and project safety requirements.
Experience in inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
