Senior Oracle EBS & Oracle Fusion Technical Developer
Position: Senior Oracle EBS and Fusion Technical
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

1. Position Overview
We are looking for highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Technical Developers with strong practical implementation and development experience across Oracle ERP technologies.
The candidate must have excellent hands-on technical capabilities in Oracle EBS and Fusion, including RICE components, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, Concurrent Programs, personalization, customization, integrations, and technical enhancements.
The role involves developing new functionalities, extending existing Oracle ERP capabilities, building bolt-on modules, implementing technical enhancements, and supporting Oracle EBS and Fusion implementation, re-implementation, upgrade, migration, and application support projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Oracle ERP technical architecture, combined with good functional/domain knowledge, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and Operations.
2. Key Technical Responsibilities
A. Oracle EBS & Fusion Technical Development
• Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion applications.
• Build custom applications, bolt-on modules, and extensions to address business requirements.
• Develop technical solutions and enhancements within Oracle ERP architecture.
• Handle technical customization, personalization, and application extensions.
• Develop and maintain custom interfaces, reports, forms, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
B. RICE Components – Strong Practical Experience
Excellent hands-on experience in the following RICE components is mandatory:
• Reports: Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, XML Publisher, and Fusion reporting.
• Interfaces: Inbound and outbound interfaces, open interfaces, APIs, and data integrations.
• Conversions: Data migration, data conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
• Extensions: Custom extensions, bolt-on modules, application enhancements, and additional functionalities.
C. Oracle SQL & PL/SQL Development
• Advanced SQL query writing and optimization.
• Strong PL/SQL development capabilities.
• Develop packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
• Develop complex queries for financial, operational, and management reporting.
• Build P&L, financial statements, and other business-critical reports.
• Understand Oracle database architecture, tables, relationships, and data structures.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize complex SQL queries.
D. Oracle EBS Technical Components
• Oracle Forms and Forms Personalization.
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Oracle Reports and XML Publisher.
• Concurrent Programs and Concurrent Managers.
• Value Sets, Lookups, Descriptive Flexfields (DFF), and Key Flexfields (KFF).
• Workflow development and customization.
• Interfaces, APIs, custom tables, and database objects.
• EBS technical architecture and application customization.
E. Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical
• Oracle Fusion technical architecture and development framework.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), where applicable.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Enterprise Command Center (ECC).
• BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion reporting.
• REST and SOAP APIs and external system integrations.
• Fusion extensions, personalization, and application enhancements.
• Data migration and integration using available Fusion tools and frameworks.
F. Integration & Customization
• Develop integrations between Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, and external applications.
• Build inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Develop custom functionalities and bolt-on modules.
• Implement business-specific technical enhancements.
• Handle application personalization and supported customization approaches.
• Ensure integration accuracy, data consistency, and application stability.
3. Implementation & Project Experience
Candidates must have practical experience supporting one or more of the following:
• Oracle EBS implementation projects.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
• Oracle EBS to Fusion migration and transition projects.
• ERP re-implementation and application upgrades.
• Oracle application enhancement and customization projects.
• Technical production support and maintenance.
• System integration and data migration projects.
The candidate should be capable of independently understanding technical requirements, proposing solutions, developing components, performing unit testing, supporting SIT/UAT, and deploying technical deliverables.
4. Functional / Domain Knowledge – Preferred
Candidates with technical expertise combined with functional/domain knowledge will receive preference.

Candidates with a strong understanding of Finance or SCM business processes and the ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions will be given additional consideration.
5. Educational & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant hands-on Oracle technical development experience.
• Proven practical experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion technical environments.
• Strong RICE development experience.
• Excellent SQL and PL/SQL programming capabilities.
• Practical experience in technical customization, integrations, and application enhancements.
