Location: Dammam / Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Salary Package: SAR 10,000–15,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
We are seeking an experienced and results driven HVAC Service Manager to oversee HVAC operations, major project installations, maintenance services, and business development activities across the Eastern Province.
Key Responsibilities-
-Manage HVAC installation projects, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and major repair works.
-Oversee commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, and central air-conditioning systems.
-Lead technical teams, subcontractors, and service operations to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
-Manage project budgets, operational performance, service contracts, and profitability.
-Drive business development, identify new project opportunities, and expand maintenance contracts.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships, handle technical proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and service quality requirements.
Requirements-
-Minimum 6–10 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and service management, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
-Proven experience handling large-scale HVAC projects and managing technical teams.
-Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
-Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
-Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a relevant technical discipline preferred.
-Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and communication skills.
-Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage.
-Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
Compensation-
Competitive monthly package of SAR 10,000–15,000, based on experience, qualifications, and industry standards.
