Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect Installation of Field Instrumentation and Control Systems.
* Verify Calibration, Loop Checks, and Functional Testing.
* Inspect Transmitters, Control Valves, Switches, Analyzers, and Gas Detectors.
* Verify Instrument Tagging, Impulse Tubing, Fittings, and Documentation.
* Ensure compliance with IEC, ISA, API, ISO, and company standards.
* Prepare Calibration Reports, Inspection Records, Loop Test Reports, and NCRs.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
* Minimum 8 years of QC Inst. Inspection experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas Plants.
* Experience in Field/Shop Instrumentation, Calibration, Testing, and Inspection.
* Knowledge of IEC 60534, IEC 61511, ISA-5.1, ISA-84, API RP 554/555, and ISO 9001.
* Ability to interpret P&IDs, instrument datasheets, and OEM manuals.
* Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
