1. Position & Duties
Job Title: Scaffolder
Work Locations: Jeddah, Makkah, and Medina (deployment according to project requirements across these locations)
Job Responsibilities: Erection, modification, and dismantling of safe scaffolding structures in accordance with safety standards and project requirements.
2. Working Hours & Days
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day (including applicable break times as per Saudi Labor Law)
Work Week: 6 days per week (1 day off per week)
3. Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Monthly Salary: SAR 2,500 (Saudi Riyals) per month
Accommodation: Provided by the company (or applicable housing allowance as per policy)
Transportation: Provided by the company from camp/accommodation to the site
Medical Insurance: Provided by the company as per Saudi Cooperative Health Insurance regulations
Annual Leave & Flight Ticket: Entitled to paid annual leave and return flight tickets as per company policy and Saudi Labor Law
4. Probation Period
You will undergo a probation period of 90 days starting from your official date of joining, which may be extended up to 180 days by mutual consent.
