We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **Counter Salesman** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, identifying their spare parts requirements, recommending suitable products, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their product requirements.
- Identify and recommend suitable spare parts for air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and generate invoices.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and technicians.
- Promote products and suggest alternative products where applicable.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.
- Maintain proper product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in counter sales, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical spare parts.
- Good knowledge of AC, refrigerator, and washing machine spare parts is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP/POS systems.
- Good command of Arabic is an advantage.
