Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and experienced Female Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. fresher candidate can also apply In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to relocate, work, or study abroad. You will guide candidates through the entire immigration lifecycle, from initial assessment to documentation and visa application filing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Conduct detailed assessments of clients' profiles to determine their eligibility for various immigration programs (e.g., Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand).
• Lead Conversion: Handle incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and direct walk-ins; turn potential leads into registered clients.
• Documentation Guidance: Assist clients in gathering, verifying, and preparing necessary paperwork for work permits, job seeker visas, and residency pathways.
• Process Management: Coordinate efficiently with the processing team to ensure smooth case submission and embassy/VFS appointments.
• Relationship Building: Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing realistic timelines and regular updates on their application status
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply (prior internship or experience in customer service, telesales, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory).
• Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English is essential. Quick learner with good convincing skills. (Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a big plus).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, internet research, and active social media communication.
• Location: Must be currently residing in Riyadh
