Experienced Document Controller with strong knowledge of construction and MEP project documentation.
- Manage and maintain project documents using Oracle Aconex and EDMS platforms.
- Handle RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, ITPs, NCRs, and technical submittals.
- Prepare and manage document registers, transmittals, and submission logs.
- Control document revisions and ensure the latest approved versions are maintained.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and project teams.
- Upload, review, distribute, and track project documents through Aconex.
- Maintain IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
- Monitor document status and prepare regular progress reports.
- Ensure accurate filing, record management, and project handover documentation.
- Support smooth document workflows while maintaining accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
