Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Polysoude / Fronius cladding machines is mandatory.
Practical experience in cladding API 6A Gate Valve components and API 6D Ball Valve components.
Experience with gate valve face, ring groove, seat pocket, bore, and ball valve spherical surface cladding.
Ability to set up, operate, adjust, and troubleshoot automated cladding machines.
Knowledge of welding parameters, WPS, and cladding quality requirements.
Required Qualification:
Technical Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Relevant machine-operation and cladding experience is essential.
Additional Advantage:
Manual TIG/GTAW and SMAW welding experience.
Oil & Gas or valve manufacturing industry experience.
