Job Title: Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer to support our enterprise IT operations under a dedicated Service Level Agreement (SLA). This is a full-time, on-site expatriate role backed by a 24×7 managed services organization. The ideal candidate will take ownership of core infrastructure, enterprise networking, firewall security, and backup operations while ensuring seamless service delivery and high availability.
Mandatory Certifications
• Current CCNP Enterprise certification (or equivalent)
• Current Specialist Certifications in:
• Nutanix
• Fortinet
• Veeam
Key Technical Responsibilities
• Infrastructure Management:
• Administer and maintain Nutanix HCI environments and VMware virtualization platforms.
• Manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory services.
• Enterprise Networking:
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco enterprise networking, routing, and switching.
• Oversee WAN and LAN technologies to ensure optimal network performance.
• Security Operations:
• Administer FortiGate firewalls and enforce network security controls.
• Conduct ongoing security monitoring and lead incident response efforts.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery:
• Manage Veeam Backup & Replication tasks, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Develop, test, and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
• IT Service Operations:
• Execute ITIL-based service management, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Perform continuous performance monitoring and proactive capacity planning.
