How we start
We begin with a free 30-minute introductory Google Meet. We explain how we work, and you tell us where your project stands and what is causing difficulty. We share initial suggestions during the call. If a closer look is needed, you share the project documents and we present a roadmap that sets out your position and the way forward.
Full-project contract administration
If you retain us, we administer the contract from award to closeout, covering contractual matters, daily correspondence, notices, claims and mitigation measures. Shorter packages, from 48 hours to 30 days, are also available.

Tendering and bid advisory: we review draft contracts and tender documents and flag risky clauses before you bid, so the risk is priced or negotiated before it becomes yours.
Drafting, administration and compliance: amendments, notices, variations and records, including the flow-down of obligations to your subcontractors.
Claims and dispute advisory: extension of time and cost claims built from your project records, with advice on the best route to resolution.

About our founder
Expert Contracts is led by Shaik Faiazuddin, who has over 20 years of experience in contracts across oil and gas and large construction projects, including roles with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Qatar Petroleum, McDermott and Bechtel.
