The area is very nice, safe and secure surrounded by diplomatic quarters, king saud university, prince palaces, interior ministries, embassies, misk, Danube, Tamimi, Carrefour, various pupolar food chains, restaurants, bus stop, fitness zone gym etc. are all within walking distance. Bus stop is only one minute walking distance. The room is furnished with carpet, reading table and chair, wardrobe almirah, kitchen cabinet, stove, shelves, washing machine, shoe rack, sofa set, bed matteress, centre table, fan, vaccum cleaner, wooden partitions. There is also a large cultural and sports club in front of my house which is free for residents. The toilet is tiled and marbled beautifully in pink and white color.
