⚡ Electrical Supervisor – Job Summary
The Electrical Supervisor oversees site-based electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, quality control policies, and project specifications. Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, this role manages manpower (direct hire or subcontracted), coordinates installation of electrical systems, and ensures timely execution of all tasks within the electrical scope.

???? Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Leadership
• Enforce company policies on Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Quality.
• Lead and organize site teams (foremen to helpers) to meet project goals.
• Apply stop-work policies and waste management procedures in collaboration with HSE.
Execution & Coordination
• Supervise installation of electrical devices and equipment.
• Coordinate material receipt, storage, and erection activities.
• Define resource needs (personnel, tools, logistics) in collaboration with the Electrical Superintendent.
• Ensure all personnel are certified and trained for site access and task execution.
Reporting & Planning
• Submit progress reports, manpower updates, and equipment status using designated forms.
• Establish daily activity schedules with foremen to optimize workflow across work areas.
• Verify permits to work with HSE department.

???? Qualifications & Experience
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Held a similar supervisory role within the last 2 years.
• Familiarity with ISO and IEC standards (e.g., IEC 60364, IEC 61140, IEC 60479).
• High School Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field (preferred).
