## ???? Key Responsibilities
### Compliance & Leadership
- Enforce company policies on Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Quality.
- Lead and organize site teams (foremen to helpers) to meet project goals.
- Apply stop-work policies and waste management procedures in collaboration with HSE.
### Execution & Coordination
- Supervise prefabrication and installation of piping lines per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate material receipt, storage, and erection activities.
- Define resource needs (personnel, tools, logistics) in collaboration with the Piping Superintendent.
- Ensure all personnel are certified and trained for site access and task execution.
### Reporting & Planning
- Submit progress reports, manpower updates, and equipment status using designated forms.
- Establish daily activity schedules with foremen to optimize workflow across work areas.
- Verify permits to work with HSE department.

## ???? Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
- Held a Piping Supervisor role within the last 3 years.
- High School Diploma in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical).
