The Commissioning/Completion Engineer is responsible for managing discipline-specific activities during both the bid and execution phases of a project. This role ensures that corporate procedures, technical standards, and project deliverables are applied and issued correctly, on time, and within the approved man-hour budget. The engineer acts as a technical authority, coordinating across disciplines, vendors, and clients to support procurement, construction, and commissioning.

## ???? Key Responsibilities

### ???? Technical Review & Documentation
- Review contract annexes; identify discrepancies and submit clarifications to Discipline Lead and PEM.
- Prepare missing standards and technical specifications not included in contract documentation.
- Approve commissioning deliverables and ensure interdisciplinary checks are completed.
- Review subcontractor engineering documents and vendor data.

### ???? Coordination & Interface Management
- Attend project meetings (kick-off, review, client-facing) as required.
- Maintain effective communication between commissioning team, other disciplines, project management, and client representatives.
- Ensure smooth flow of design information across the project team.

### ???? Execution & Support
- Assist during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Monitor discipline man-hour usage; report disruptions or additional needs to PEM.
- Provide technical support during bidding phase and contribute to man-hour estimation.
- Support 3D model development and coordinate with 3D Model Coordinator per procedure.

### ✅ Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure procedures are followed and QA/QC systems are upheld.
- Guarantee deliverables meet technical standards, design criteria, international norms, and contractual requirements.
- Track and resolve design discrepancies between bid and detail phases.
- Share interdisciplinary technical data as needed, aligned with project timelines.
- Provide vendor and client follow-up support when requested.

Qualification Level Accepted Equivalents

Advanced Degree Laurea Magistrale / Specialistica, Chartered Engineer, A-levels + 5 years’ study
Bachelor's Degree Laurea Triennale, HND/HNC, A-levels + 3 years’ study, BTS/DUT or equivalent
Diploma Acceptable for supporting roles or with relevant experience
