Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms
Serve beverages (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests
Handle routine errands such as delivering documents or collecting parcels
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
Support the office staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Refill office supplies and monitor stock levels of kitchen and bathroom items
Receive and direct visitors appropriately
