I began my career as a Sales Associate. My job was to help customers choose the right Iproducts, explain features, and make sure they had a good experience. I learned how to speak clearly and respectfully, even with customers who didn’t speak much English. I became known for being patient, helpful, and honest. I also helped my team by sharing product knowledge and solving small tech problems
