Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
Present menus, explain dishes, and confidently recommend food & beverage pairings.
Accurately take and deliver orders while ensuring top-quality service.
Maintain clean and organized tables, ensuring a seamless guest journey.
Work closely with the service team and kitchen to deliver smooth operations.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
Support the team in creating a memorable modern Indian dining experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in fine/casual-upscale dining preferred.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine and beverages is an advantage (training provided).
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
Presentable, punctual, and customer-focused.
Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
