Job Responsibilities:
1.Process Optimization
-Lead the 0-to-1 establishment of the local human resources system in Saudi Arabia, covering the design of HR policies (e.g., attendance management, performance appraisal, employee benefits), process optimization, and the formulation of local-compliant HR guidelines.
-Handle the entire process of employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including document verification, contract signing, personnel file management, and exit interviews to ensure compliance and a smooth experience for employees.
2.Talent Acquitsiton
-Recruitment of local employees in Saudi Arabia, including collaborating with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, sourcing candidates through local channels, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interview schedules, and following up on offer negotiations.
3.Employee Relations
-Serve as a communication bridge between Chinese staff and local teams, regularly reporting local staffing status, talent demands, employee concerns, and policy implementation feedback to ensure effective alignment of human resource work with business needs.
-Develop,administer and interpret HR policesies and employment contracts.
-Own the onboarding and off-boarding processes,including conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover data.
-Coach and advise people managers on ER matters,performance manangement and difficult converstaions.
-Drive employee engagement initiatives and act as a steward of company values.
4.HR Data Analysis & Reporting
-Act as the primary owner of Employee Personnel Files, ensuring 100% data integrity,security,and audit-readiness.
-Collect,ananlyze and interpret HR data to indentify trends,patterns and insights related to recruitment,retention,employee engagement,and prerformance.
Job Requirements:
1.Fluent English (Arabic is a plus) with the ability to communicate effectively with multicultural teams and handle English/Arabic-based HR documents (e.g., contracts, reports).
2.Must have work experience in Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of the local corporate operating environment and human resource management practices.
3.Familiar with local personnel policies,Saudi labor laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia; proficient in operating relevant HR systems (e.g., payroll systems, employee information management systems) to ensure HR work compliance and efficiency.
4.Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
