For the past two years i have been working for local pencil factory on weekends as substitute Camp boss,Now i am looking for full time position as camp boss or camp supervisor at Oman.
I am not new to Gulf as i have 6 yrs of UAE exp in different field but i do know and have sound knowledge on work process of some reputed labour camps in sonapur dubai and sajja in sharjah as few of my friends used to work.
I believe i can be an ideal candidate for the role of camp boss.With my experience i shall bring smooth governence of labour camp and adjusting to the changes in mucipality rules and regulating,
CAMP BOSS PAY IS LOW AND NO COMMISSION BUT THERE IS CHALLENG INVOLVED AND REALL WORK,at least better than selling iphones in the counter
At the moment my main duties are
Ensure that all accommodation related contracts copies and documents are available for rural municipality and Gov officials checkup.
Maintain all assets of the camp in working condition. Ensure all assets at the camp are properly maintained and accounted for
Coordinate directly with the contractors for maintenance and repair of camp facilities including plumbing,Gutter, electrical, painting, carpentry, cleaning, Garbage collection, pest control, and maintain kitchen equipment while at all times keeping the HR coordinator informed of the same
Monitor illegal activities or any act of indiscipline in the camp like alcohol consumption, nuisance, smoking and others activities that against the low and as directed by company from time to time.
