Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the organization's IT infrastructure and daily IT operations. Oversees servers, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, Microsoft 365, backup and disaster recovery, IT service management, vendor coordination, and IT projects. Ensures high system availability, security, performance, and compliance while leading the IT support team and driving technology improvements aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and networking).
Oversee IT operations and service desk support.
Maintain cybersecurity, endpoint protection, firewalls, and access control.
Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and email services.
Manage data center operations, backup, and disaster recovery.
Lead IT projects, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Administer PBX/VoIP systems (e.g., Avaya, Yeastar) and communication platforms.
Manage IT vendors, software licensing, and procurement.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
Develop IT policies, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure business continuity and compliance with organizational standards.
Lead and mentor the IT team while managing budgets and strategic technology planning.
