🔑 Key Job Responsibilities
Recording daily financial transactions
Preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconciling bank statements and customer accounts
Maintaining proper documentation and filing
Coordinating with operations and sales teams for billing
Assisting in monthly closing and reporting
Supporting the senior accountant and management in routine tasks
📌 Requirements
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
Good communication and reporting skills
