Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily housekeeping operations for a hotel / hospitality property with 148 rooms / units.
- Ensure all room and unit cleaning tasks are completed according to approved standards and within the required time.
- Prepare and distribute duty rosters fairly and effectively among housekeeping staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, units, public areas, corridors, and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and units to maintain hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
- Follow up on room and unit readiness in coordination with the front office before guest check-in.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and request replenishment when required.
- Train, guide, and supervise new housekeeping staff.
- Submit daily reports to management covering room and unit status, cleanliness, shortages, and operational notes.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure team compliance.
- Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to ensure rooms and units are ready on time.

Requirements:
- Fluent spoken Arabic is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory housekeeping experience in hotels or hospitality facilities in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience supervising a large number of rooms / units, preferably in properties close to 148 rooms / units.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent time management and task organization skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or similar reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of discipline, professionalism, and commitment.
