Key Responsibilities
Dishwashing: Washing pots, pans, dishes, and utensils by hand or machine.
Food Preparation: Peeling, washing, chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients.
Cleaning & Sanitation: Sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, equipment, and taking out trash.
Stocking & Organization: Receiving deliveries, storing food/supplies, and restocking stations.
Support: Assisting waitstaff, packing to-go orders, and helping with plating.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication.
Physical stamina for standing and lifting.
High school diploma or equivalent often preferred.
