Civil Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage daily construction activities at site. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Report daily progress to the site engineer/project manager
• Identify and resolve site-related issues efficiently

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations is mandatory
