Following are my core responsibilities:
Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to successful project closure, ensuring the compliance of triple constraints (scope+schedule+cost).
Supporting & collaborating to develop estimation & Budget, schedule baseline, project execution plan, look-ahead plan and resource allocation plan with the relevant teams.
Team building, ensuring the co-ordination of cross-functional team, client representatives, consultants, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.
Chairing periodical progress meetings, HSE steering committee meetings.
Ensuring efficient Conflict management and smooth communication.
Complying with owner-specific standards.
Monitoring the project progress with Earned Value Management system.
Enforcing HSE standards to ensure zero accidental goals.
Periodical identification and assessing of project risks, developing & implementing the mitigation / contingency plans.
Implementing Q.C. procedures to ensure the materials, processes and deliverables meet the specifications.
