Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day procurement activities and ensure efficient supply chain operations. The role involves vendor coordination, purchase order management, inventory monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while complying with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, vendor communication, and purchase order processing
Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved requisitions
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in the system
Monitor stock levels and support demand planning to avoid shortages or overstocking
Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow
Support supplier evaluation, documentation, and contract administration
Assist in resolving supplier delivery, quality, or invoice discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Prepare regular procurement and supply chain reports for management

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain coordination (preferred)
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience with vendor management and contract follow-up
Knowledge of import/export or logistics processes (an advantage)
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
