Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies according to hotel standards
- Ensure all rooms are properly arranged and ready for guest amenities
- Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or damages to the supervisor
- Follow daily room assignment and productivity standards
- Respect guest privacy and comply with safety and hygiene procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a room attendant. Minimum 1-2 experience preferred
- Basic Communication skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Hotel experience is must.
