The successful candidate must be able to independently handle the following:
Manage procurement of raw materials, spare parts, and production consumables for a manufacturing factory
Handle import purchasing from foreign countries, including supplier coordination and follow-up
Manage international supply chain and shipping, including coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers
Strong working knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping documents, and import procedures
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers on price, delivery, and payment terms
Issue purchase orders and follow up on local and international deliveries
Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production stoppages
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and maintenance teams
Maintain complete purchasing, import, and shipping documentation
Work independently and take full ownership of the purchasing function
???? Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in industrial / manufacturing procurement
Proven experience in importing and international supply chain management
Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and overseas sourcing
Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
Proficient in Excel and ERP / purchasing systems
Currently residing in Jeddah (preferred)

Experience dealing with suppliers in Asia, Europe, or the Middle East
