SAR 1350/month, Studio, Professional Female Roommate - Al Shuhada District

I am a professional male living alone in a family building in Al Shuhada district (opposite Granada Mall). The location is excellent but the rent is high for one person (2,700 SAR).
أنا رجل موظف أسكن بمفردي في عمارة عوائل بحي الشهداء (مقابل غرناطة مول). الموقع حيوي وممتاز لكن الإيجار غالي على شخص واحد (2700 ريال).
I am looking for a respectful female roommate to share the apartment and split the rent to 1,350 SAR each. I prefer a female roommate to maintain the privacy and rules of the family building.
أبحث عن شريكة سكن (امرأة) لتقاسم الإيجار ليصبح (1350 ريال) لكل طرف. سبب اختياري لامرأة هو الالتزام بخصوصية وقوانين العمارة لأنها "عوائل" ولضمان الهدوء.
Apartment: Bedroom (5x4), Living room (5x4), Kitchenette. The roommate can have her full privacy in the room. I am often away for 1-2 weeks due to work.
الشقة: غرفة (5×4)، صالة (5×4)، مطبخ تحضيري. للشريكة الحق في الخصوصية الكاملة في الغرفة. مع العلم أنني أغيب كثيراً (أسبوع أو أسبوعين) بسبب العمل.
