Job Summary:
Responsible for food preparation and assisting in daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and guidelines

Assist in menu preparation and daily mise en place

Ensure proper food storage and temperature control

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas

Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and service

Experience: Minimum 2 years
