Key Requirements
* Proven track record of delivering end-to-end D365 SCM implementations.
* Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle enterprise implementations.
* Strong functional expertise across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.
* Hands-on experience with Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS), including configuration and operational enablement.
* Experience designing and overseeing custom solutions and integrations with external systems or ISVs.
* Solid understanding of implementation methodologies (e.g. Sure Step, Agile).
* Strong client-facing consulting experience, including requirements gathering and solution design.
* Experience working in global delivery / onsite-offshore models.
* Ability to lead process design, including AS-IS / TO-BE documentation and Fit-Gap analysis.
* Exposure to estimations, solution governance, and delivery assurance.
* Microsoft D365 Supply Chain certification required.
