The apartment is available from April 15, 2026 and onwards (the date can be discussed as well).

The nearest metro station is Al-Muruj metro station (Blue line) which is only 6 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is furnished with all the necessary items.

Preferably looking for someone who can stay for at least 3 months. If the 3-month advance rent option is selected a security deposit of 500SAR will be kept which will be refunded when leaving.
For monthly rental option 1 month rent will be kept as a security deposit.

Utilities (electricity) to be shared equally based on actual usage.
