Hotel Receptionist – 4 Star Hotel

Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome while ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and exceptional guest service in line with 4-star hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests professionally and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries efficiently

Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary

Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk correspondence

Maintain accurate guest records and payment transactions

Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness

Follow hotel SOPs, cash-handling procedures, and front office policies

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist in a hotel (4-star experience preferred)

Good communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in English & Arabic (additional languages are an advantage)

Computer literacy; PMS experience preferred

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
