Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of beverages, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience in a hotel or high-volume bar environment. The role requires professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes

Ensure consistent drink quality, presentation, and portion control

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Recommend, upsell, and promote beverages and special offers

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control

Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards

Verify guest age in accordance with local regulations

Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately

Support restaurant and banquet operations when required

Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel or reputable bar

Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and bar equipment

Good understanding of beverage cost control

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Well-groomed and professional appearance

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations
