Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Executive to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction in our 4-Star Hotel. The ideal candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, maintain room quality standards, and ensure smooth coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
Inspect cleaned rooms to ensure compliance with 4-star hotel standards
Ensure proper room preparation prior to guest check-in
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Prepare daily room status reports and coordinate with Front Office
Monitor inventory levels of linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment
Control housekeeping costs and minimize wastage
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
Train and guide housekeeping attendants on cleaning procedures and grooming standards
Ensure lost & found procedures are properly followed
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations
Coordinate with Maintenance for repair and technical issues
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards
Good leadership and team management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills in English
Computer knowledge for reporting and room management systems
