Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate must have hotel experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service in a 4-star hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and SOPs
Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities
Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, mirrors, and fixtures
Ensure rooms are properly prepared before guest arrival
Report maintenance issues and damages to supervisor immediately
Follow lost & found procedures
Maintain trolley stock and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals
Ensure public areas are clean and presentable when assigned
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Provide courteous service when interacting with guests
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel
Knowledge of cleaning standards and hygiene practices
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Attention to detail and time management skills
Basic English communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
