Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in and check-out process, and delivering exceptional guest service in line with 4-star hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage room reservations and walk-in bookings
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
Handle guest complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for room readiness
Process payments, billing, and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain proper documentation and front office reports
Ensure lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and security procedures
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hotel front office
Previous experience in a 4-star hotel preferred
Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS)
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
Professional appearance and grooming standards
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer and cash handling skills
