I am looking for a single ( Non Smoker) executive bachelor Iqama holder to rent a single spacious furnished room in a neat & clean building with lift facility Near Pakistan International School Azizia Jeddah. Room has Window AC, Celling Fan, Double bed with mattress, Iron and Iron stand and Curtains. Sharing new automatic washing machine, kitchen equipment's and refrigerator. Room is very neat & clean , good size as attached pictures.

Monthly rent SR1250 excluding Electricity, but internet is included. All facilities like supermarket, Carrefour, laundry, pharmacy, hospitals,Pakistnan international school, Paksitani restaurants, petrol pump etc. are within walking distance. Just bring your personal stuff and live peacefully. Rent is to pay Quarterly. Electricity bill is not included in the rent.
