📝 Job Summary
We are looking for a multi-skilled Driver cum Technician to support daily transportation needs and carry out basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry maintenance works. The role requires flexibility, hands-on skills, and a responsible approach to both driving and site maintenance tasks.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties
Safely drive company vehicles for staff, materials, and site-related activities.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness, routine checks, and basic maintenance.
Follow traffic rules and company driving policies.
Maintenance & Technical Work
Perform carpentry work (repairs, fittings, minor installations).
Carry out painting works (touch-ups, wall painting, surface preparation).
Handle basic plumbing tasks (leak fixing, fittings, minor repairs).
Perform masonry works (block work, plastering, tile fixing – basic level).
Support general maintenance and repair activities as assigned.
General Duties
Assist maintenance team during breakdowns or urgent repairs.
Ensure proper use and care of tools and materials.
Maintain safety and cleanliness at work sites.
Report maintenance issues and material requirements to supervisor.
✅ Requirements
Valid driving license (local/GCC preferred).
Proven experience in at least one trade (Carpenter / Painter / Plumber / Mason).
Basic knowledge of other trades is an advantage.
Ability to perform manual work and handle tools.
Good work ethics, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
