Conduct routine inspections of materials, equipment, and completed work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Testing & Measurement:
Perform field and laboratory tests using calibrated instruments to verify product or installation conformity with technical requirements.
Non-Conformance Management:
Identify defects or deviations, raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Quality Documentation:
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, checklists, and quality logs to ensure full traceability and audit readiness.
Coordination with Site & Engineering Teams:
Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to resolve quality issues and ensure work is completed according to approved method statements and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
